There is a mistake that I feel like a lot of apologists make and I almost made it. Today is the first day of June, Governor Cox just signed his yearly declaration that June will be Pride Month in Utah. He said it was a way to help foster a culture of hope, understanding, love, dignity and respect, and I agree that we should do those things, but I disagree with having a state sanctioned Pride Month. I find myself on occasion writing out my thoughts in order to better wrap my head around them. I think about a lot of stuff, religion, politics, culture, technology. I figured I'd throw out my thoughts here, worst case scenario, nobody cares, and it's the same as leaving them, best case scenario, someone else finds these musings and gets some benefit from it. That's all for now, I want to post this and play around with organization.
